Information Use Agreement
By clicking the "Accept" button below, you are entering into an agreement which provides consent to allow HealthWatchSystems, Inc. (HWS) the information presented in the following pages for the purpose of marketing the OV-Watch® fertility prediction device worldwide.
The terms of this agreement are as follows:

As used herein, the term "Information" shall include, but not be limited to any names, descriptions, quotes, testimonials, images, video or other items that depict or describe your experience using the OV-Watch® Fertility Prediction Device. Such Information may also include names, images or videos of your child. |
| B. |
HWS may use or disclose the Information for the purpose of marketing the OV-Watch® worldwide. HWS may use the Information in any form it deems necessary including but not limited to print material, video or electronic media. |
| C. |
HWS may authorize its licensees, vendors, distributors or other parties to use the Information in accordance with the objective of marketing the OV-Watch® worldwide. |
| D. |
HWS will not use or further disclose the Information other than as permitted by this Information Use Agreement or as otherwise required by law. |
| E. |
You are not entitled to any compensation for the use of the Information at any time and hereby release HWS, its successors or assigns of any financial obligations in connection with use of the Information from this day forward in perpetuity. |
